Custom Mounting Bracket Build for a Leaf Vacuum Setup

When a piece of equipment doesn't have a clean, secure way to mount to your trailer, you've got a problem. It shifts, it rattles, and you're always second-guessing it on the road. That's exactly the kind of thing we fix with a custom one-off build.

We fabricated a steel mounting bracket specifically for a Merit Maniac leaf vacuum. The goal was simple - get it mounted solid, keep it at a functional height, and make sure it travels safely every time. No generic hardware, no rigging something together with whatever was on hand. Just a clean piece of metal built to do one job and do it right.

The bracket fits right at the tongue end of the trailer, positioning the vacuum where it needs to be while keeping everything balanced and accessible. It's powder-coated black to match the trailer setup and built heavy enough that there's zero flex or movement once it's locked in. That kind of fit and finish matters, especially on equipment that's going to see daily use through a long leaf season.
