When a business needs something built to spec - something that has to hold up under real production conditions - off-the-shelf just doesn't cut it. That's exactly the kind of work we live for. This stainless steel testing tank was a full custom fabrication built for OMNI Services in Auburn, MA.
Here's what we were working with: a large-scale tank built entirely from stainless steel, complete with a grated surface deck, a fully integrated pipe and valve assembly running the length of the unit, and leveling feet on every leg. Nothing about this was pulled from a catalog. Every component was designed and fabricated to fit their specific operation.
Stainless steel is the right call for industrial applications like this. It handles corrosion, it's easy to clean, and it holds up in environments where other materials fail. When you're building something that's going to sit in the middle of a production workflow, durability isn't a bonus - it's the baseline requirement.
This is the kind of one-off build that takes real experience to pull off. The pipe runs, the grating, the structural legs - everything has to come together cleanly or the whole unit doesn't function the way it needs to. We're proud of how this one came out, and we're glad to see it heading into service for the team at OMNI.
Custom metal fabrication like this is what we do. Whether it's a single piece of industrial equipment or a more complex build, we approach every job the same way - figure out exactly what the customer needs, and build it right.
